Occasionally things don’t work out as planned

We are happy to make a return within the following guidelines:

Plant returns must be made within 3 days of purchase, accompanied with the receipt.

No returns will be allowed after 3 days or without the receipt.

No return on sale items.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition it was purchased.

Plant Returns

We believe our plants are in the best health when they are purchased by the customer. Therefore, we feel, with the proper care, they will thrive at your home or business.

The 3 day policy applies to all plants:

No returns after 3 days.

All Returns are for store credit only.

Plants must be in the same condition as when you purchased them.

We want you to succeed with our products and plants. It is our goal to educate & inspire.

Therefore, we highly recommend:

The proper watering to establish your plants for the first season.

Please adjust according to weather conditions.

Non-Plant Returns

Boutique and Non-Plant merchandise from Good News Gardening can be returned within 15 days of purchase with receipt. Discounted, Holiday and Seasonal items are Final Sale.

Returns within 15 days with receipt. No Returns will be allowed without a receipt.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not transferable, non returnable and can not re replaced if lost or stolen.
